The next generation of voyeuristic evil.

I believe it was Heinlein who wrote that there was no such thing as a “juvenile delinquent.” His reasoning was that a child does not know the difference between right and wrong and must be taught such things. So to refer to a child as “delinquent” puts too much accountability on a creature who has none to begin with.
